Some details about our main team
When we started our journey many years ago, we had the desire to make things better in the lives our family members. We have always been our own version of tech support, interested in computers, technology, and geeky stuff since elementary school. While other kids were on the playground, we were taking turns typing code into computers way before they were cool.
Technology is part of every day life
As computers became more available, we found ourselves constantly helping friends and family keep their computers updated and running correctly. After trying ineffective software we decided the best thing to do was create a program that did exactly what WE wanted it to do. We wanted to make it more user-friendly, reliable, and effective than what we found available out there- easy enough that our own parents could download and use it, without compromising results.
